We believe hiring is fundamentally broken.

Discuria exists to fix this.

We don't test what you can memorize. We observe how you think. When you solve a problem on Discuria, we track every iteration, every branch you explore, every idea you reject, every tradeoff you weigh. This creates your Cognitive Trace — an unfakeable record of your intellectual process.

From this trace, we extract six signals: Analytical Rigor (how systematically you reason), Creative Range (how novel your connections are), Metacognitive Depth (how aware you are of your own thinking), Intellectual Humility (how openly you consider alternatives), Synthesis Ability (how well you integrate ideas), and Persistence — the sustained engagement that separates good thinkers from great ones.
