Privacy Policy
How Discuria handles your data — last updated June 16, 2026.
Discuria analyzes how you think. That makes your data unusually personal, so we keep this policy plain. In short: we collect what we need to score your sessions and run your portfolio, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
1. Who this applies to
Discuria is an invite-only beta for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
2. What we collect
- Session text. The problem-solving content you write, including each iteration of your work.
- AI-interaction traces. The prompts and exchanges you have with AI assistants inside the workspace.
- Cognitive scores. The six-dimension scores we compute from your sessions (Analytical Rigor, Creative Range, Metacognitive Depth, Intellectual Humility, Synthesis Ability, Persistence) and their history over time.
- Account details. Your email address and basic profile information used to sign you in.
3. How we use it
- To compute your cognitive scores and build your personal thinking portfolio.
- To operate, secure, and improve the beta.
- To make you discoverable to companies only if you opt in. Company discovery is off by default and you can turn it off again at any time.
4. Third-party processing
To generate scores and feedback, the text of your sessions is sent to third-party large language model providers acting as our processors. They process this content solely to return results to Discuria, under their own terms. We also rely on infrastructure providers to host data and run the service.
5. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or cognitive scores. We do not share your sessions or profile with companies unless you have explicitly opted into company discovery.
6. Retention
We keep your sessions, scores, and profile for as long as your account is active, so your thinking portfolio remains intact. When you delete your account, we remove this data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your rights and deletion requests
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. To request deletion of your account and associated data, or to exercise any other right, email privacy@discuria.space. We will action verified requests within a reasonable period.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the beta evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
9. Contact
Privacy questions and reports can be sent to privacy@discuria.space. See also our Terms of Service.
